1. Technology description
The formation of hydrocarbons in a specialized system for the catalytic processing of waste plastics is processing in the so-called thermocatalytic treatment.
As a result of the thermocatalytic treatment reaction, we get the fractions:
  •   gas
  •   light oil
  •   heavy oil
The process occurs at a temperature of about 380-460 0 C and with the participation of a catalyst. Waste polyolefin film in comminuted form with addition of the catalyst is fed to a continuous reactor.

The material's degradation is carried out in the reactor at high temperature. Long hydrocarbon chains are divided into shorter ones. firma The resulting hydrocarbons are released in vapor form at the reaction temperature thermocatalytic treatment.
These vapors, after passing through the cooling system, are directed into the receiver, in which the final condensation takes place.
The product is pumped from the receiver to the main tank, where it remains in liquid state by maintaining the right temperature until reception.
The process of thermocatalytic treatment of plastic to hydrocarbons proceeds in a continuous process and physicochemical parameters of the obtained product depend on the method of conducting a process and a batch of the used raw material.

2. Raw materials
The raw materials for the treatment process are:
  • polyethylene,
  • polypropylene,
  • polyisobutylene,
in the form of various film, bottles, barrels, canisters, etc.
